Rite.. you may have already noticed but at the end of every live broadcast with a studio cam, the picture freezes for a while before it returns to our audio archive.

Exclusive to the 'Thursday Sessions Show' with Nitro & Eazy G you can find a different themed 'Freeze-Frame' with Nitro, Eazy G & all the studio crew as not to leave our listeners/viewers with a boring empty studio pic.

We aim to make our 'Freeze-Frames' as amusing as possible so it is always worth staying around until the end of the show to see what we get up to!

As an example i will put up a pic of the 'Freeze-Frame' from tonights show:

Ha ha ha i love this n weve had some classics. Pukka idea on them having there own thread n i love the taking part. Any1 got any suggestions or would like to see us do a certain pose then let us know n we will do it for sure (i will anyway lol)

Ok ok.. this one didnt quite work but you can kinda see what we were going for.. the old multi arms move with me facing backwards with a mask on... we tried... we tried.... lol
