I don't know if anyone else has found this, but i have started going back to record shops to beat the postal strike.
I'm so busy with work etc ordering from online stores was the easiest solution. However, with the numerous postal-strikes the deliveries have been delayed and fustrating i've been going back to the record shops.
I forgot how good it feels too, not waiting for the lazy postman to trot up your road. This is instant!

| You know it SirReal!! - to me there's nothing quite like spending a couple of hours skipping through vinyl in a decent quality shop, selecting a fat pile of 12"s / LP's, parting with a wedge of cash, and then by the time you get home you've forgotten what you bought!! - when you unpack the tunes again it's nothing but 'happy times'! ;-) |

haha i havent actually bought any vinyl from a 'Real' record shop in tiiiime.. is all about having a sit down n a cuppa T while you flick through the tunes... those were the days ey.. haha there isnt any tune shops left round my way these days so im afraid my posty is gunna have to keep on draggin those tunes up the hill... hahaha  |

| ahh, i remember the good old days spending the whole of saturday with yer mates sitting in wax city in croydon getting stoned and listening to tunes all day. Ive not been to a proper record shop for years! Might have to pay a visit to black market soon just for old times sake :) |
